Meeting your expectations and providing a positive experience is paramount to me. This is why when you call to discuss your bespoke project, I will give you a fixed price so we all know where we stand from the start. Please note that the pricing bar below is just a guide for studio time.

BOOKING INFORMATION

Each session provides a full eight hours of studio time, with the option to extend the day for an additional fee. To secure your session, a 30% deposit is required. Our studio hire day rate welcomes experienced artists, engineers, and producers, and includes a helping hand at the beginning of your session, should you need it.

Given our consistently high demand, we typically book a minimum of a month in advance. To secure your desired studio time and avoid missing out, we encourage you to book as early as possible. For block booking of specific dates, please reach out to us at least six weeks ahead.

We accept Paypal, cash, bank transfer or cheque. To secure your booking a deposit is required. All of our studio prices include a dedicated producer and engineer with access to our collection of instruments and extensive digital library (except for the dry hire rate).

AUDIO DATA POLICY

Any audio recorded at Vox belongs entirely to you and will be provided in the format it was captured (typically as WAV files or MP3). Should you require a different format, a fee will not apply for this service.

We strongly advise making a personal copy of your work upon project completion. Vox aims to retain session material for a minimum of five years as a courtesy, but this is not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for any data loss after a project concludes.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Should you need to reschedule, cancellations made up to two weeks prior to your session date can be transferred once to a new date. However, if no further booking is made, the deposit will be non-refundable. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the session date will also result in deposit loss. For cancellations made within seven days of the session, full payment may be required at the studio's discretion.

Vox is not happy unless our customers are. If your recording isn't quite what you expected, simply reach out to us within ten days of your session, and we'll provide additional studio time for corrections. Please note that this offer excludes factors beyond our control, such as performance quality or insufficient booking time scheduled.
